We offer farmer extensive training at our training centres, equipment to work with, financial assistance and other backend support. But we are more than an office building, we act as mentors who conduct hand holding exercises for the unemployed village youth. Perhaps most important is the entrepreneurial farmer community we have created, from the network of village farmers who support each other to the members of the local business community/ agri experts who volunteer their expertise to provide village youth with free skill and technical assistance. We have tied-up with farmers and prospective customers to create a useful database. This initiative has successfully created new jobs and enhanced the quality of life for all in our community. Individual farmers are trained under one of our most famous activities such as the ਨਾਡ ਨਾ ਸਾਡ਼ੋ scheme i.e. Earn. Do not Burn.
